Kambi, GiG, Playtech and Playson all net doubles at EGR B2B Awards 2023
Suppliers face off against each other at star-studded north London event with two new titles handed out
Kambi, Playtech, Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) and Playson picked up two awards each at the EGR B2B Awards 2023 on Thursday evening at The Roundhouse in Chalk Farm, London.
Kambi took home the sports betting supplier and innovation in sports betting software awards while also grabbing a silver medal place in the sportsbook platform supplier battle, which this year went to OpenBet.
Playson took away the slot supplier award and the employer of the year title as well.
Playtech also scored a brace at this year’s awards with wins in the poker supplier and live casino supplier categories.
GiG fended off the challenge of Pragmatic Solutions and NeoGames to win full service platform of the year and was also named multi-channel supplier of the year.
Elsewhere, Pragmatic Play took home one of the headline awards of casino software supplier, while Hacksaw Gaming was awarded the slot supplier rising star award.
There were two new categories at this year’s EGR B2B Awards in the shape of investment partner of the year and safer gambling supplier.
Yolo Investments were awarded the first-ever investment partner of the year award, with HappyHour and Acies Investments finishing in silver and bronze medal positions respectively.
The first ever safer gambling supplier award went to the Department of Trust.
The 14th iteration of the EGR B2B Awards was held at the iconic Roundhouse in Chalk Farm, hosted by comedian and presenter Keith Farnan.
