Cubeia launches social poker network
Cubeia Social provides customers with an HTML5 poker client " Facebook integration to follow in coming months
Stockholm-based software developer Cubeia Ltd has announced the launch of a social poker network it described as allowing “anyone” to create and operate a poker site.
The company’s executive vice president Lars Nilsson explained his firm had been looking at creating “a truly open poker network”, before launching a product to take advantage of the popularity of social casino. “It’s high time anyone is able to start a poker site without any complicated sales process or legal wrangling,” Nilsson added.
Cubeia Social features an HTML5 poker client, allowing operators to launch it across all platforms, and is based on the company’s real-money product. It also supplies customers with a WordPress plugin and allows for brand customisation and skinning, with Cubeia taking full management of the back-end as part of a revenue share deal.
The game offers Texas Hold’Em, fixed, pot and no-limit ring games, multi-table and sit’n go tournaments, with Facebook integration and operator-specific tournaments to be added over the coming months.
