Argyll Entertainment inks compliance-led TruNarrative deal
Esports Entertainment Group subsidiary to adopt TruNarrative platform in onboarding and safer gambling processes
Esports Entertainment Group subsidiary Argyll Entertainment has agreed a deal with compliance specialist TruNarrative that will see the firm integrate the operator’s platform into its customer onboarding process.
The TruNarrative platform aims to allow operators to manage client onboarding compliantly through a single platform using AI and integrating with more than 50 third-party data sources to aid compliance efforts.
It features automated processes including KYC, KYB, AML, behaviour monitoring, document verification, AML reporting, fraud detection, credit and affordability checking, and full customer management.
Argyll Entertainment will be able to monitor player transactions and behaviour in real time and carry out automated affordability assessments without uploading excessive documentation and with a full audit trail.
The firm said it took the decision to proceed with TruNarrative following recent UK Gambling Commission guidance concerning affordability screening for UK players.
Speaking about the integration of TruNarrative, Argyll Entertainment commercial director Phil Bell said it would enable the delivery of a “robust solution to effectively monitor and protect our players.
“Player affordability and safety on our sites is our priority and the addition of TruNarrative will help ensure our players continue to enjoy our sites responsibly,” Bell added.
Argyll Entertainment was acquired by the Esports Entertainment Group last month in a $1.25m deal and its parent company has already made a number of key hires targeting additional organic growth.
Last week, Esports Entertainment signed a letter of intent to acquire staff, intellectual property and assets belonging to peer-to-peer mobile fantasy gaming studio FLIP Sports.
