BetBright unveils in-house live streaming product
BBTV aims to be a "one-stop-shop" for horseracing customers, featuring multi-race screening and in-product betting

Irish operator BetBright has launched a new proprietary live streaming service, a product the firm describes as a “one-stop-shop” for horseracing punters.
BetBright TV (BBTV) debuted last month as a separate tab on the bookmaker’s website, offering live streaming for all major UK and Ireland races in partnership with media rights owners Racing UK and At The Races.
The new product, which was built by its in-house development team, enables customers to stream races, place bets directly from BBTV, move between race cards and stream two races simultaneously.
“We build all our products and proprietary back-end systems at BetBright and the reason for that is we want to be different and be able to leverage our own technology to bring innovation to the industry,” Brian Mahon, BetBright online sportsbook product manager, told EGR.
“We see technology as an enabler for us to push out innovative new features for BetBright and BBTV lets the customer have a one-stop shop for horseracing betting,” Mahon added.
The new product was launched just weeks before the start of the prestigious Cheltenham Festival and follows a concerted push into horseracing by the operator, which has included a number of race sponsorship deals at Kempton Park.
However, Mahon said BetBright would likely extend BBTV into other sports, as well adding a range of new content and features in the future.
