ComeOn Group adds new chief people officer
Online operator appoints former Gamesys head Michela Tabone Valetta to lead people and culture function following hiring spree earlier this year
ComeOn Group has appointed former BOYLE Sports head of people Michela Tabone Valetta as the operator’s new chief people officer.
Tabone Valetta joins the online firm after 18 months with BOYLE Sports.
She previously served as senior vice-president of people at Bally’s Interactive, having moved over to the business once it acquired Gamesys Group.
Tabone Valetta had been operating as Gamesys chief HR officer prior to Bally’s snapping up the Jackpotjoy parent in a multi-billion-pound deal in 2021.
Joining the ComeOn Group executive team, Tabone Valetta will lead the people and culture function with a focus on “organisational development and talent strategy”.
Prior to adding Tabone Valetta to the team, ComeOn Group has spent 2025 bolstering its senior ranks.
Those hires included former LeoVegas Group exec Mark Cheeswright as country manager for Canada, with ComeOn Group live in regulated Ontario.
Thomas Mifsud Tommasi, another former LeoVegas Group head who also spent time with Betclic, came onboard as head of AML.
Former KingMakers and Swintt architect Radek Ostojski was appointed head of information security in the summer.
Michela Tabone Valetta Finally, Rebekka Rogers, who counts spells with IGT and Evolution on her industry CV, was added as head of commercial for casino.

Last month, ComeOn Group came in 21st place in the EGR Power 50 2025, moving up three places from 2024.
