Flows hires from GiG once again with head of marketing hire
Rhea Craib joins Robin Reed-founded start-up to lead marketing output as she is reunited with former GiG exec James King

Flows has dipped into the Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) talent pool once again after appointing Rhea Craib as the firm’s new head of marketing.
Craib joins Flows from GiG, where she served as group marketing manager from April 2019 until June 2022 from the group’s Marbella base.
Prior to joining to GiG, Craib spent a year with fintech firm B21 in Gibraltar as head of marketing, focusing on the promotion of cryptocurrency and blockchain education.
Craib joins a Flows team stacked with former GiG talent, including CEO James King, who served as GiG director of sales before his move to the igaming SaaS start-up.
Additionally, Flows was founded by former GiG CEO Robin Reed and is designed to ingest data from partners to then allow them to customise the flow that data takes before presenting the results in any selected format, be it to the front-end, via Slack message or any other API.
Craib will continue to be based in Marbella.
Speaking on her appointment, she said: “[I’m] super excited to join the amazingly talented team at Flows as head of marketing.
“Looking forward to reconnecting and working with some familiar faces and meeting some new ones. Exciting times ahead,” she added.
Last month, King spoke to EGR about the importance of building a flexible company culture at start-up firms.
