Irish bookie Bruce Betting launches FSB Tech-powered site
Bookmaker integrates FSB's sports betting and casino platform as part of multi-channel expansion
Irish bookie Bruce Betting has launched a new FSB Technology-powered sports betting site in a move to improve its multi-channel approach.
FSB Technology has designed a bespoke web and mobile platform for the independent retailer, which operates 17 stores across the Republic of Ireland.
The bookmaker has also integrated the provider’s casino platform, including games powered by Realistic Games and Microgaming.
Bruce Betting will have access to FSB’s CRM tools, enabling them to tailor bonus offers and betting incentives to individual customers.
“We’re very excited about the prospect of the new site and the app that goes with it and believe FSB tailored approach will go down well with our customers,” Eamon Byrne of Bruce Betting, said.
“We now have the right tools to deliver a top class betting experience across all channels and are very confident we’ll be able to offer a competitive product alongside the larger brands.”
FSB’s business development director, Richard Thorp, added: “We’re very pleased to work with Bruce Betting, our managed solution will enable them to refine their online offer, whilst maintaining the customer-friendly approach that has made them popular.”
The County Kildare-headquartered firm was established in 1977 and in addition to its retail stores, the firm runs a freephone telephone betting service.
