LeoVegas and Videoslots launch split-screen gaming innovation
New products, launched independently, let customers play multiple casino games simultaneously

LeoVegas and Videoslots have separately announced the launch of a new innovation that lets customers play multiple casino games on the same mobile screen simultaneously.
The two companies both claimed “industry firsts” when announcing the launches on Tuesday.
LeoVegas calls its feature LeoVegas Multiplay, with group CEO Gustaf Hagman calling it the “next stage in the evolution of mobile casino”.
The split-screen feature works for slots and table games and in landscape and portrait mode.
Videoslots announced a similar feature on its blog on Tuesday that also allowed for split-screen gaming.
The Videslots product, which is already fully live, lets players make deposits in the other half of the screen, as well as play multiple games at the same time.
Videoslots CEO Alexander Stevendahl said: “Everybody at Videoslots.com has a passion for innovation and it’s great to demonstrate that with our new split-screen feature.
“Mobile gaming continues to grow month-on-month and loyal Videoslots players will now be able to have twice as much fun the next time they log in to play their favourite titles.”
The split-screen concept has prompted some responsible gambling concerns and questions over whether it could increase churn rates as customers lose money faster.
However, Videslots CMO Ali Atam downplayed any risks, saying the company took RG “very seriously” and that any risky behaviour patterns would trigger the firm’s RG outreach.
