PlayOJO unveils ‘It’s Alive’ global ad campaign
SkillOnNet brand builds on its original 2023 ‘Monster’ campaign with advert showcasing operator’s live casino offering
PlayOJO has launched the second phase of its ‘It’s Alive’ campaign with a new global advert showcasing its live casino offering.
Launching today, 29 July, across multiple digital channels, the ad follows on from the SkillOnNet brand’s original 2023 ‘Monster’ campaign.
The new ad will first be broadcast in the UK on on-demand services and TV channels including Sky, Channel 4 and ITV.
Expansion into Spain, Canada and Latam is scheduled before the end of 2025.
The latest ad takes place in a graveyard at night with multiple zombie hands shooting out of the ground, either dancing or holding a phone with PlayOJO’s live casino, blackjack tables or roulette shown on the screen.
Throughout the 30-second clip, other hands are seen holding playing cards to represent blackjack, one hand is playing roulette while another is playing with poker chips.
When the ad starts, a voiceover states: “PlayOJO live casino is dead fun.” It later adds: “We’ve got all your favourite live casino games like mega wheel, plus exclusive blackjack and roulette tables.”
The operator has also unveiled shorter 20-second and 10-second versions of the ad.
Made in collaboration with creative agency Isobel, the ad aims to “reinforce PlayOJO’s unique positioning as the fun, fair and truly entertaining alternative in the online casino space”.
Peter Bennett, PlayOJO chief marketing officer, said: “In a category that often leans heavily on clichés and indistinct messaging, standing out creatively is essential; it’s also a key part of our brand strategy.
“Our work with Isobel has helped us build a creative platform that’s bold and memorable, but also consistent with our brand and commercially effective.
“The ‘It’s Alive’ campaign reflects our commitment to entertaining our players in ways that are as unconventional as they are on-brand.”
Rob Fletcher, Isobel founder, added: “This was a brilliant opportunity to extend a distinctive creative story that’s already created a buzz.
“The new film keeps the unexpected charm of ‘Monster’ but ramps up the fun even further with zombie hands, neon lights and a party in a graveyard.
“We wanted to show that when it comes to live casino, PlayOJO doesn’t just play differently; it comes alive.”
