QiH Group taps talent from Flutter, Entain and Meta
London-headquartered firm adds to talent acquisition and paid social divisions as it continues on expansion roadmap

QiH Group has made three key hires from Flutter Entertainment, Entain and Meta to bolster its UK team.
The firm added Stergios Titos as paid social lead in August from Entain, where he spent four years as digital acquisition manager.
Jane Sumbilla also arrived in August as the company’s new talent acquisition lead after a 12-month spell with Meta as a recruiter.
She will be tasked with leading further headcount expansion as the company continues to grow the business.
Completing the trio is former Flutter head Max Ciliberto who has joined the affiliate as head of PPC.
Ciliberto originally joined The Stars Group in July 2013 as a PPC and paid social manager before working his way up the ranks.
Jamie Walters, CEO at QiH Group, said the recent hires showed how attractive the firm had become to highly skilled individuals across the industry.
Walters said: “We’re really delighted to have such high-calibre candidates joining our team. It’s a strong reflection of the company’s growth that we are able to attract so many strong hires.
“We have achieved sufficient scale to attract the likes of Stergios, Jane and Max, and the growth potential we have ahead of us is getting great people excited about joining our team.”
Walters also touched on what Titos and Ciliberto will bring to the group’s paid search arm.
He added: “Paid media is growing very fast for us and both Stergios and Max will help drive the expansion even further, enabling scalable and sustainable sources of traffic that will allow us to grow both internationally and in terms of verticals.
“We want to expand the sport side of our business and we are also keen to explore the possibility of entering new jurisdictions in future.”
