Rush Street Interactive taps Wall Street for new investor relations and development hire
Capital markets professional and gaming specialist Lauren Seiler to help drive growth and M&A efforts at online casino operator

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has appointed former Four Wood Capital Partners MD and head of strategy for global corporate development and investor relations Lauren Seiler as its new associate VP for investor relations and development.
In the newly created role, Seiler will lead RSI’s investor relations efforts and work with the executive team to drive growth, development, and M&A initiatives.
Seiler brings to the firm an in-depth knowledge of online betting and gaming and land-based operations, as well as long-standing relationships with both buy and sell-side investor communities.
Seiler’s career to date has encompassed various sell-side trading roles across fixed-income, high-yield, and institutional equity.
She spent the last six years working in the gaming industry in high-profile roles covering casino and gaming at boutique investment bank Union Gaming and New York-registered broker The Buckingham Research Group.
Kyle Sauers, CFO at RSI, said: “Lauren brings a strong network of relationships and experience with both the sell-side and buy-side communities and a deep knowledge of the capital markets.
“Her financial and strategic skills will be a great asset as we continue to grow RSI,” Sauers added.
In Q4 2020, RSI CEO Greg Carlin said the operator was in a good position to consider bolt-on acquisitions, having ended the year with more than $250m of cash on hand.
An additional $132m will become available to the company if all warrants are exercised.
