Lady Luck Games secures M&A

Lady Luck Games is set to acquire slot provider Spigo’s Danish operations after signing a letter of intent following the agreement of a purchase price.

The deal will include 27 of Spigo’s casino games and eight customer integrations. The transaction is set to complete before the end of September.

Mads V. Jørgensen, Lady Luck Games CEO, said: “This is a strategic acquisition for the company. In addition, it will give us important revenues, open up new revenue opportunities and improve our profitability.”

Kasper Kau, Spigo founder, added: “We have been looking for a partner for a long time to take Spigo to the next level and now we have finally found the perfect match. We felt that Lady Luck Games respected our history while sharing a long-term vision.”

Pariplay partners with The Mill Adventure

Pariplay has agreed a distribution deal with gaming platform The Mill Adventure.

Under the remit of the deal, The Mill Adventure will gain access to Pariplay’s proprietary titles as well as thousands of games from additional studios.

Andrew Maclean, Pariplay VP sales, said: “We are very excited to be partnering closely with The Mill Adventure.”

Bjørnar Heggernes, The Mill Adventure head of casino, added: “By partnering with Pariplay we will gain access to an unparalleled number of games and proven content for both our own white label brands as well as our independent operators using our platform.”

Soft2Bet lands Scientific Games agreement

Soft2Bet has agreed a landmark content deal with supplier giant Scientific Games.

Scientific Games will provide more than 10 of Soft2Bet’s brand with a range of slots via the company’s Open Gaming ecosystem.

Oryx Gaming set for Dutch launch

Bragg Gaming Group-owned Oryx Gaming is set to provide its services in the newly regulated Dutch online market after receiving local certification.

The Oryx igaming platform is now fully compliant with Dutch regulations and will allow local operators to tap into the supplier’s entire product suite.

Oryx’s RGS has also been certified to launch, with an initial 50 titles from Gamomat, Peter & Sons and Oryx’s in-house content set to be rolled out.

Design Works Gaming inks NetBet deal

Design Works Gaming (DWG) has put pen to paper on a content deal in the UK with operator NetBet.

DWG titles, including including Flippin Rich and Diamonds, Sapphires & Rubies, will become available to NetBet’s UK players.

Troy Zurawski, DWG CEO, said: “I am excited to add NetBet to our distribution network and see this as a strategic partnership.”

Relax Gaming seals PokerStars link-up

Relax Gaming has sealed a partnership with Flutter Entertainment-owned PokerStars which will see the supplier bolster the operator’s content offering.

PokerStars players will gain access to Relax Gaming’s content catalogue including titles such as Temple Tumble and Iron Bank.
