All the latest developments from the supplier side of the industry, including updates from EveryMatrix, Fast Track and FIRST
EveryMatrix joins CIBELAE
EveryMatrix has joined CIBELAE, the branch of the World Lottery Association dedicated to 80 Hispanic American-speaking countries.
The supplier will become an associate member of the body, noting the partnership would provide it with “increased regional influence” across Iberia and Latam.
Ebbe Groes, EveryMatrix CEO, said: “This is a great step forward in both solidifying and expanding our presence in Latin America, Spain, Portugal and many other key territories as a trusted technology partner for lotteries.
“We look forward to leveraging this membership to create new, long-lasting relationships and opportunities and contributing to the growth and sustainable success of many important regulated markets.”
FIRST partners with Light & Wonder and OpenTag for “landmark alliance”
FIRST has joined forces with Light & Wonder and OpenTag to deliver a one-stop shop solution for operators, with 10Bet the first to go live with the product.
Under the alliance, FIRST will provide its sportsbook, Light & Wonder will deliver its content and aggregation capabilities and OpenTag will lend the platform to underpin the tech.
Tom Light, FIRST CEO, said: “By combining FIRST’s sportsbook excellence, Light & Wonder’s game innovation and aggregator tech and OpenTag’s full platform suite, we are delivering tier-one solution architecture under one unified partnership.
“10Bet’s fast adoption across multiple jurisdictions demonstrates both the global demand and turnkey readiness of our offering.”
Fast Track to unveil new AI-driven platform
Fast Track will demonstrate its new AI-driven natural language platform on 2 September to give the industry a closer look at the supplier’s latest development.
The launch will be streamed live online from 4pm CET and will provide insights into the latest progress made in Fast Track’s CRM capabilities.
Simon Lidzén, Fast Track CEO and co-founder, said: “This isn’t just AI added to CRM. This is CRM re-engineered for the natural language era.
“Even your wildest imagination can only take you so far; minds have been bound by constraints for so long that it is hard to picture the full power of Fast Track AI. You simply need to see it to believe it.
“This is why I am organising a live session to unveil it; to showcase what a native igaming CRM, built on the most comprehensive real-time data infrastructure together with the Singularity Model, is capable of. I urge the whole industry to sign up.”
SOFTSWISS on the key to managing uptime
SOFTSWISS deputy chief technology officer Denis Romanovskiy has said operators must look beyond uptime KPIs to better protect GGR.
In an in-house interview, Romanovskiy laid out how the supplier manages to maintain stability for operators amid a series of challenges.
He said: “Uptime is just the tip of the iceberg. Behind our 99.999% uptime commitment lies an ecosystem of processes – we monitor the performance of individual components, not just the platform as a whole.
“We’re expanding our global presence while strengthening infrastructure connectivity, DDoS protection and performance of the platform. We’re also constantly improving our monitoring workflow so we spot issues before they affect the player experience.”
Yggdrasil bolsters presence in Bulgaria
Yggdrasil has strengthened its position in Bulgaria by partnering with Everbet.
More than 20 of the supplier’s games will be made available to Everbet customers, including Raptor DoubleMax, Hades Gigablox and Golden Fish Tank 2.

Krisjanis Kravis, Everbet COO, added: “Yggdrasil’s reputation for creating engaging, high-quality slot content made them an ideal partner for expanding our game offering.”
Relax Gaming lands Lottomart deal
Relax Gaming has partnered with Lottomart to add its content to the UK-facing operator’s offering.
Lottomart customers will be able to play Relax Gaming titles such as Money Train 4, Temple Tumble Megaways and Beast Mode via the relationship.
Cliona Griffin, Relax Gaming business development manager, said: “Lottomart has built a reputation for pairing a quality player experience with a carefully selected games library. We are pleased to see our flagship titles live on their platform and to support their growth with a steady stream of fresh releases.”
