Rdentify unveils new “major update”
Rdentify has rolled out a new “feature-packed” update to its customer experience platform to support its global push.
The new platform will offer greater analysis of user interactions and continue to identify risks of player harm in customer support conversations.
Daniel Brookes, Rdentify founder and CEO, said: “Rdentify has been trusted by many of the biggest names in gaming for some years now to detect at-risk players. With this update, we’ve dramatically expanded its scope to the entirety of the customer experience.

RubyPlay expands Latam reach
RubyPlay has penned an integration deal with Latam-facing aggregator platform Cactus Gaming.
The supplier’s titles, including Mayan Cache and Diamond Explosion 7s, will be made available to operators that are plugged into the Cactus Gaming offering.
Dr. Eyal Loz, RubyPlay’s chief product officer, said: “We look forward to integrating our award-winning portfolio of games onto Cactus Gaming’s platform, and seeing how their operator partners, and their customers, interact with our portfolio.”
Tiago Carneiro, Cactus Gaming’s vice-president of commercial, added: “This strategic partnership will expand our offering to our operator partners, ultimately enhancing the betting and gaming experience for players across the continent by providing them with the most innovative and exciting content.”
Blokotech integrates Jelly Entertainment content
Jelly Entertainment content has gone live on the Blokotech platform for its operator clients in Peru, Venezuela and Paraguay.
The new deal will see five of Jelly’s slots be pushed in front of Blokotech’s partners in Latam, with more games to be added to the server in the future.

Playtech and bet365 launch bespoke game in Spain
Playtech and bet365 have launched their bespoke title, Super Spin Roulette, in the Spanish market.
The launch will feature a custom-made studio for the live casino game, with the pair claiming the title has been “designed to meet the specific needs of the Spanish market and comply with local regulations”.
Kevin Kilminster, Playtech Live chief product innovation officer, said: “Highlighting our dedication to innovation and the creation of bespoke content, this game resonates with the local audience and we look forward to continuing our journey of growth and delivering exceptional gaming experiences to the end-user.”
A bet365 spokesperson said: “Super Spin Roulette, the latest game collaboration with our long-standing partner Playtech, has already proven to be a hit with players. Now, we’re taking this successful formula and tailoring it to the Spanish market.”
GR8 Tech debuts informatic video series
GR8 Tech has published a six-part video series on YouTube to showcase the supplier’s Unified Back Office (UBO) tool.
Yurii Shevchenko, GR8 Tech head of product, hosts the series in which he explains how the UBO can act as a solution to common challenges faced by operators.
Video topics include deposits and withdrawals, personalisation, know your customer requirements and AI.

GlobalCheck rolls out new ID verification tool in the UK
GlobalCheck has rolled out a new ID verification service for UK operators as the market prepares to tackle financial risk checks.
Light-touch checks for customers depositing more than £500 a month came into effect at the end of August, with GlobalCheck’s new solution claiming to provide a seamless check without the need for open banking.
Alastair Graham, the company’s CEO, said: “Our GlobalCheck team understands the delicate balance of maintaining compliance without disrupting the user journey.
“Our multi-bureau identification with affordability ensures gaming companies can meet the new requirements without compromising the user experience.”
