SOFTSWISS rolls out real-time segmentation update
SOFTSWISS has expanded the segmentation capabilities within its casino platform, allowing operators to group players using deposit patterns, loyalty data and payment methods in real time.
The supplier said the tool can be used across bonus campaigns, tournaments, referral systems, payment scenarios and automation workflows.
