ThrillTech secures Gibraltar licence
Thrilltech has been granted a B2B licence by the Gibraltarian government, allowing the jackpot tech supplier to provide its solutions to regulated operators licensed in the jurisdiction.
Already licensed in the UK, Sweden, the Netherlands, Romania, Malta, Peru and Brazil, Thrilltech said the new permit formed part of its “rapid international expansion”.
Benjamin Bradtke, co-founder of ThrillTech, remarked: “Securing a B2B licence in Gibraltar is an important step for ThrillTech and a testament to our market-leading jackpots technology.
“Gibraltar is home to some of the industry’s most prestigious operators. This approval not only accelerates our global expansion strategy but now allows us to provide these major operators with new layers of player engagement which generate incremental revenue.”
PureWager Group takes on Graham Martin as NED
PureWager has appointed Sky Bet originator and “architect” of regulated online betting Graham Martin as a non-executive director (NED) following a strategic restructuring which split the business into B2B and B2C arms.
Martin founded Bonne Terre, which eventually became Sky Bet, in 1997, and a decades-long career on boards across gaming, tech and regulation ensued, including the world’s first online betting legislation in Alderney.
Elliott Banks, co-founder and CEO of PureWager Group, said: “Graham’s appointment is a major validation point for PureWager Group as we enter our Series A phase. His experience spans the entire lifecycle of regulated gaming, from being the architect who wrote the world’s first online betting legislation to building businesses that became the foundation of Sky Bet.”
Martin added: “PureWager Group has the core ingredients that actually matter in this sector: complete technology ownership, a clear regulated market strategy and a management team focused on infrastructure rather than burn-heavy customer acquisition tactics.”
