Total Performance Data and SIS join forces to produce international in-running odds
New deal means product is now available at racecourses in Australia, South Africa and Germany, while an online rollout is anticipated in the near future
Total Performance Data (TPD) has partnered with Sports Information Services (SIS) to produce in-running odds for an increasing number of international racecourses.
As a result, all of TDP’s existing operator clients, which includes industry giants such as Entain, Sky Bet, William Hill and Bet Victor, will be able to add a host of new racing markets featuring the in-running betting service.
By joining forces with SIS, TDP can oversee the rollout of the in-running pricing at several high-profile racing venues, including Racing Victoria’s tracks in Australia (such as Flemington and Caulfield), as well as in Germany and South Africa, while others are expected online in the future.
TDP already boasts a significant in-running presence in UK, US and Canadian racing, with global coverage of in-running horseracing odds.
Through the combination of high-speed GPS tracking data and AI-powered models, TDP’s in-running feed produces live prices for each horse for each second of the race.
By expanding the product, TDP hopes to see an increase in betting turnover for racecourses, as well as a strengthened racing product for bookmakers and improved punter engagement.
John McBroom, TPD commercial director, talked up the importance of the partnership.
