William Hill targets UX enhancements with new live casino technology
API-powered live casino module allows players to view real-time, in-game statistics like the last few hands dealt
William Hill has launched a new dedicated live casino module via its website to enhance UX and diversify its offering.
Hills product owner Satvik Khanna told EGR customers were now able to view real-time, in-game statistics like the last few hands dealt and their game history.
The update, built by the operator’s developers in Krakow, focuses on performance and future proofing the product to allow for new features be added.
The technology is not restricted to live casino and can be applied to other casino games offered by multiple suppliers.
Khanna said: “The product teams at William Hill put the customer at the forefront of everything they do and are always looking to solve customer problems based on research and data.
“This is a true example of listening to our customer issues/feedback and fixing them,” Khanna said.
In November William Hill integrated NetEnt’s network of live gaming tables into its site, making all games available to UK players.
