Promoted feature: Soft2Bet’s CEO on what the future holds for white-label products
Soft2Bet CEO Boris Chaikin on how the business has faced the challenges of Covid-19 and what the future holds for white-label products.

As companies in the igaming industry and beyond continue to feel the impact of Covid-19, we spoke to Soft2Bet CEO Boris Chaikin about how its businesses has responded and what the future holds for white-label products.
EGR: What commercial challenges do your partners face as a result of the global pandemic? How do you help to overcome them?
Boris Chaikin (BC): Around the world, companies are facing a whole range of commercial challenges as a result of Covid-19. Working from home may present certain complications, but with the right contingency planning already in place we have used the latest technology to continue to work remotely.
At Soft2Bet, our talented development team have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to maintain the steady flow of engaging content that we deliver to partners. In testing circumstances, it’s all the more important to go the extra mile for clients.
We were determined to ensure that our recently launched B2B products, such as the advanced aggregation platform, FEZbet, continued to function effectively during the outbreak. Thanks to the team’s hard work, our cutting-edge white-label portfolio has equipped partners with a diverse set of potential revenue streams throughout the quarantine period. With premium casino and alternative sports betting options alongside engaging virtuals and esports packages, our innovative portfolio stands ready to deliver.
EGR: You recently launched a new solution called FEZbet. Can you tell us a bit more about it?
BC: FEZbet is a highly advanced aggregation platform loaded with unique gamification features alongside world class casino, live casino, sport and virtuals modules. The tool comprises 3,000-plus casino games from more than 35 providers, as well as thrilling bonuses, tournaments and sports betting offerings.
Available in more than 10 languages with multilingual customer support delivered around the clock, the new solution also uses some of the safest, swiftest and most secure payment providers on the market.
EGR: Your latest brands are solutions with both casino and sportsbook features. Given the recent disruption to live sport, do you expect to see more activity in casino?
BC: Self-evidently, disruption to live sport has caused a decline in sports betting revenue and a corresponding increase in commercial activity for the casino sector. However, we hope and expect that sports betting markets will return to full strength when fixtures can resume safely. The recent re-start of Germany’s Bundesliga, for instance, demonstrates that sportsbook operations will be up and running in due course.
Versatility will be key to perseverance for both suppliers and operators and we’ve unveiled an action-packed virtuals offering to plug the gap in entertainment for sports fans in search of alternatives.
EGR: Given these challenges, how do you see the development of white-label products in the coming year?
BC: We set ambitious targets when it comes to rapidly providing clients with a cutting-edge white-label portfolio. We consistently deliver on these objectives through unrivalled customer service and operational efficiency. With an exciting succession of innovative product launches in the pipeline, we’re gearing up for a busy period. In fact, the next few days will see us debut a groundbreaking new brand, Boomerang Casino. Watch this space.
