Bettor Capital invests in Enteractive to aid US growth
Supplier boasts Rush Street Interactive and PENN Entertainment as clients with venture capital fund praising its propriety software tech

Bettor Capital has ploughed an undisclosed investment into reactivation firm Enteractive as the supplier aims to tackle the US market.
In a statement, the Malta-based supplier described the new partnership as “a limited/non-controlling investment that supports Enteractive’s existing global strategy.”
The company said it would lean on Bettor Capital’s “established expertise” to “accelerate business development efforts in key growth markets such as the US and Canada.”
Enteractive is already working with PENN Entertainment, Playstar, and Rush Street Interactive.
With Enteractive keen to continue expanding across a growing US market, its CEO Mikael Hansson expressed his delight with the new investment.
Hansson said: “We’re thrilled to bring Bettor Capital on board as a strategic investor as we continue to expand within the North American market.
“We have built a strong relationship with the Bettor Capital team and believe that they will bring significant value alongside our existing investors.”
Dave VanEgmond, Bettor Capital managing partner, highlighted that Enteractive is in an excellent position to reach its expansion goal due to its software and responsible gambling approach.
He explained: “We are excited to partner with Mikael and the Enteractive team to expand their global business. As online gambling markets, such as the US, mature, operators are increasingly focused on player retention and reactivation alongside new customer acquisition.
“Enteractive’s proprietary software powers real one-to-one conversations with players that delivers demonstrable and meaningful ROI for operators as they re-engage customers who may be considered to have churned; with a responsible gambling approach baked into this model, this is a clear win-win for the industry.
“As a result, Enteractive has established a global blue-chip customer base and market leadership position that has the company primed for continued growth, especially in large and high-growth markets such as North America.”
Enteractive previously secured “several million euros” from Yolo Investments in April 2022.
Bettor Capital led an investment round for BeyondPlay last year as it looked to expand across North America, prior to the supplier’s acquisition by FanDuel in February 2024.
