IC360 hires ex-Hard Rock International legal chief
Ilkim Hincer heads to the compliance supplier after a stint with GeoComply, and will now have a core focus on Canada and international operations
IC360 has named former Hard Rock International chief legal officer (CLO) Ilkim Hincer as its new president of Canadian operations.
Hincer joins the group from GeoComply, where he served as CLO for a brief spell earlier this year.
In his new role, he will serve as president of Canadian operations and managing director for global advisory strategy at IC360.
Hincer will be responsible for spearheading the group’s expansion strategy, with a focus on Canada. He will also lead the charge on growing the international client base and product.
The former chair of the Canadian Gaming Association has extensive industry and legal experience.
He served as Hard Rock International CLO between January 2020 and September 2023 and was a partner at Fogler, Rubinoff.
He also spent time as general counsel at the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.
