Underdog teams up with Above the Felt for integrated marketing partnership
Fantasy operator and poker-focused agency to develop series of collaborative content initiatives and promotions
Underdog Fantasy is officially teaming up with Above the Felt Entertainment as the two companies look to bring the fantasy and poker worlds closer together.
Season-long and daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator Underdog, and Above the Felt, a poker marketing and talent agency, are joining forces as part of an integrated marketing partnership that will see the two parties collaborate on a number of content initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Underdog will have the opportunity to leverage Above the Felt’s deep roster of poker personalities – which includes World Series of Poker champions Chris Moneymaker and Phil Galfond, among others – to drive awareness around the many synergies between fantasy sports and poker.

The goal of the partnership is to cross-promote poker and fantasy sports by highlighting the skill- and strategy-based nature of the two verticals.
The two parties will be collaborating on a forthcoming series of promotions, fantasy sports tournaments, and unique content offerings that will serve to amplify the diverse product suite of Underdog while showcasing the personalities of Above the Felt’s celebrity poker pros.
Above the Felt was founded by Wheaton in 2021.
