Post acquisition, Shiff and Brotons have played a key role in integrating Product Madness into Aristocratâs digital business but will leave the firm when their contracts expire on December 31.
Patrick Ramsey, CEO of Multimedia Games, will join Aristocrat as chief digital officer on January 1, 2016, with his remit including responsibility for Product Madness.
“I am very proud of the growth of Product Madness since we joined the Aristocrat family. Product Madness is an example of an M&A transaction that has turned into a truly win-win partnership,â Shiff told eGR NA.
âWhen we decided to partner with Aristocrat we wanted to prove that marrying our digital and social expertise with the worldâs best slots would allow us to grow a significant business and I think we did just that,â he added.
Product Madness has recorded significant growth of late, driven by its flagship Heart of Vegas app, which recently launched on Android.
The developer also placed 12th in the inaugural eGR North America Power 25 rankings, with judges praising its ability to leverage land-based content from Aristocrat into the online space.
