CRM Group Manager



As the GoWild CRM Group Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, development, and execution of all strategic engagement across group markets and teams. The Group CRM Manager will handle our marketing strategies using enhanced segmentation tools, working across all verticals within the player lifecycles, associated communications and metrics. The CRM function covers all the company’s products, platforms (mobile and desktop),global territories and languages.

General responsibilities

Works closely with the Head of CRM to provide guidance on how to maximize current and prospective relationships through the use of the CRM

Plans, manages and delivers multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns

Delivers financial KPIs

Evaluates campaigns regularly in order to improve efficiency and ROI

Keeps up-to-date with the market and industry knowledge, keeps track of relevant regulation changes and ensures that our brands stay compliant

Handles strategic promotional planning: develops, plans and implements promotions and campaigns aimed at reduction of churn and increase of yield

Ensures that promotions are consistent, attractive, cost-efficient, relevant and aligned with other areas of the business, at all times, including headline promotions, one-off campaigns, bonus campaigns

Analyses and optimizes campaign performance, reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities to marketing teams and other stakeholders

Manages and communicates the monthly promotional roadmap, ensuring consistency of communication and alignment to brand guidelines

Co-ordinates with the marketing and design teams 

Skills/competencies required

Fluent English speaker; additional languages would be an advantage

At least three years of experience in a similar role, managing CRM teams of at least 10 people

Able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment with demanding targets, but maintains customer-focus

Very well organized with a great attention to detail

Knowledge of CRM and Marketing principles and processes

A proactive person constantly displaying initiative and driving improvements – goes above and beyond the day-to-day requirements of the role

A quick learner who can work at a fast pace whilst maintaining a high quality of output

Knowledge of Marketing email systems specifically is essential. An additional understanding of other systems (SMS, Push Notifications, Direct Mail) would be helpful

Excellent use of Excel

Some previous knowledge of casino games and/or sportsbook

A creative, results-focused team player

A customer-centric, data-driven approach.

Previous experience using Exact Target, Optimove and Power BI are considered an advantage
