What type of licenses are available?

The MGCB issues licenses to platform providers offering services and equipment to facilitate processing of wagers on behalf of a commercial casino or tribe. The agency also will license other types of suppliers to the tribes who support online sports betting and casino-style gambling.

Yes

The final bill was passed in December 2019, legalizing mobile and retail betting in the state as well as online casino and poker. Betting went live in March 2020 with retail being rolled out first and online betting expected to launch in 2021.
