Head of Customer Support Operations



We are looking for a talented and passionate Head of Customer Support Operations to join our growing office and oversee the operations of our customer support function in Gibraltar. You will report into our Head of Customer Support, based in Malta, and be tasked with leading the Gibraltar function on a strategic level ensuring we are offering our customer base the best service.

We are looking for a proven leader, someone who understands the challenges of running a large contact centre and overall an advocate for providing an excellent customer service. You will be expected to come up with innovative ways to drive our operations in Gibraltar forward and ensure that Gibraltar is a key stakeholder in our overall customer support strategy.
